Overview
This is our-entry level service but many clients discover
it's usually more extensive than the best service offered by
some of our competitors. You simply decide how many hours you need
and benefit from quantity discounts. You will also get access to
our Client access portal where you can log calls and check your IT
support history.
Exactive understands the importance of
having at least a basic level of server monitoring. A simple agent
is applied to the server and it reports back to our central
monitoring system every 15 minutes (or 5). This gives you the peace
of mind that your important services are monitored by our software
ensuring high up-time and fewer reactive IT issues.
Our basic server monitoring includes things like:
- Anti-Virus Updates Check to ensure that
they're right up-to-date.
- Disk Space Changes Check to spot problems with
disk consumption.
- Backup Success Check so you're alerted to
faults.
- Hacker Alert to spot problems with
unauthorised logins.
- File Size Check to monitor the size of files
or directories.
- Exchange Store Size Check to check the size of
multiple information stores.
- Critical Event Check. Rather than checking
servers one-by-one, get a single comprehensive report that shows
problems across your entire client base.
- Disk Health Check to spot emerging problems
with physical disk health.
- Patch Management with WSUS
to get alerted when critical updates haven't been installed
on computers.
